Modern medicine is beginning to accept an idea that traditional holistic healing systems have understood for thousands of years: when it comes to true health, your work life, sleep, stress level, environment, relationships, emotions, creativity, sexuality and spirituality all play a role. Your health is shaped by the context of your life and the many choices you make on a daily basis.
The body often uses symptoms as a way of communicating that some aspect of life is out of whack. Through my work as an Ayurvedic practitioner, I teach women how to interpret the body’s cries for attention and address the root causes of their health issues through appropriate changes in diet and lifestyle.

Coping with ongoing health issues can feel like you’re riding a bicycle with a slow-leaking tire — it takes increasing amounts of time and energy to accomplish your tasks and get where you need to go.
You can continue to pump up that tire day after day, but at some point it just makes more sense to fix the leak. That’s where I can help.
What’s It Like To Work With An Ayurvedic Practitioner?
In Ayurveda we understand that every woman has unique health needs, as determined by her genetics and biochemistry. When you can identify what your own needs are and fulfill those needs through supportive daily practices, you activate your body’s innate healing capacity.
Common elements in an Ayurvedic treatment plan include a personalized food program with mindful eating guidelines, a morning routine to ground and energize, an evening routine to de-stress and prepare for a good night’s sleep, custom-designed herbal formulas, seasonal cleansing and rejuvenation practices, yoga, meditation, aromatherapy and more.
Because the healing process looks a bit different for everyone, your treatment program will be custom designed just for you — there is no “one size fits all” mentality in Ayurveda.
Some of the outcomes I’ve helped women achieve in the four years I’ve been in practice include:

Are You Ready For Some Support?
I specialize in working with women who want to heal their digestion, reduce stress or address hormonal imbalances like PMS, painful periods, acne, irregular cycles and more. I also love supporting women who want to prepare for a healthy pregnancy and women who identify as highly sensitive people (HSPs).
There are two ways we can work together on an individual basis:
Initial consultation package: $195
The initial consultation package includes two parts: a two-hour intake visit and a 90-minute report of findings visit one week later.
- Here’s what you can expect during the two-hour visit: a detailed health history, discussion of your current health concerns and how they’re impacting your life, Ayurvedic tongue and pulse assessment and a review of your daily habits to gain insight into factors that may be contributing to the disease process. Many people find this visit eye-opening and they leave feeling inspired to pay closer attention to their body’s cues.
- During the report of findings visit one week later, I’ll teach you the basic principles of Ayurveda so you understand the nature of your imbalances and the reasoning behind my recommendations. Then we’ll review my findings regarding your Ayurvedic constitution and current state and begin your treatment plan with the first set of recommendations.
One-hour follow-up visits: $85
These visits are usually a blend of progress assessment, counseling and education. We’ll check in on key health indicators including digestion, sleep, energy level, emotional balance and menstruation. If you’re feeling challenged by any of the food or lifestyle recommendations you’ve received so far, we’ll talk through the obstacles and troubleshoot ways to make the practices work for you. If things are going well, we’ll move forward with the next round of recommendations in your treatment plan.
Three-month program: $650
This program includes the initial consultation package plus six one-hour follow-up visits. You’ll save $55 compared to the session-by-session pricing.
Customized herbal formulas designed for your specific needs are provided for an additional fee, generally $18 to $26 per formula for a four-week supply. In my experience, people see the best results from weekly or biweekly visits for the first 4-6 weeks. From there, we can space out the visits to once every 3-4 weeks depending on your progress and the nature of the imbalance — for example, the digestive system tends to respond more quickly to treatment than the reproductive system. I see most patients for a minimum of 2-3 months.
I maintain several sliding scale spots in my practice for individuals with serious financial limitations, so please don’t hesitate to reach out.
